Let’s talk about the Farmer’s Walk. One of the best back builders no doubt, and also one of the most underrated exercises in general fitness. Yes, it is definitely popular in Bodybuilding and Powerlifting, but it’s really rare to see your average Joe fast-walking around the gym with dumbbells that challenge him/her physically.
It works your entire body: your forearms, hips, calves, quads, your back… the list goes on and on. But you get my drift. Especially your traps and your lats (short for Latissimus Dorsi, the muscles you see around your armpit) will be burning!
